Gregory Celaya

Dr. Greg Celaya is a board-certified family practice physician and active member of the Phoenix-area medical community. He proudly serves as
chairman for the Family Practice Department at St. Luke’s Medical Center and is a member of the Credentialing Committee for United Healthcare. Dr. Celaya earned his M.D. at the University of Arizona and completed his residency at St. Joseph’s Hospital and Medical Center.
